Equipped Exhibition Space
Includes standard stand construction with the following setup:
- Carpet flooring
- Walls
- Table (70x70 cm)
- 2 chairs
- 2 spotlights
- Electrical socket
- Frieze panel inscription (up to 15 characters)
- Coat hanger
- Waste bin
Minimum stand size: 9 sq.m.
Minimum stand size: 18 sq.m.
Minimum space requirement: 20 sq.m.
Outdoor Exhibition Space
Open-air exhibition area (outdoor platform). Placement outside the pavilion
This option does not include:
- Stand construction, Carpet flooring, Electrical supply connection
Unequipped Exhibition Space
Registration Fee Includes:
- Company information placement in the official digital exhibition catalog (up to 15 lines in Russian and English).
- USB drive with the exhibition catalog, provided to all visitors upon registration.
- Participant badges for entry and access.
- General exhibition advertising and targeted industry specialist outreach.
- Customized invitation and visitor targeting based on the participant’s provided list (pre-submission required).
- Company news publication on the official exhibition website.
- Two invitation tickets for the business networking dinner.
- Business Tour participation, including visits and negotiations at major industrial enterprises in the region on the third day of the exhibition.
