This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.05.2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data for the "New Buildings Gallery" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. The Operator’s main goal and condition for carrying out its activities is the observance of the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.

2. This Operator’s policy regarding personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website kazexpo.kz/ .

5. Anonymization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to identify the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data without using additional information;

Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

7. Operator — a government body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the scope of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;

8. Personal data — any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable User of the website kazexpo.kz/;

9. User — any visitor to the website kazexpo.kz/;

10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons;

11. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of people (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of people with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement on information and telecommunications networks, or granting access to personal data in any other way;

12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity;

13. Destruction of personal data — any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or actions resulting in the destruction of physical carriers of personal data.

3. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookies") using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others);

4. The above-mentioned data is collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to provide customer consultation.

2. Anonymized data of Users, collected using internet statistics services, is used to gather information about Users' actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is filled in and/or submitted by the User independently through the special forms located on the website kazexpo.kz/. By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if permitted in the User’s browser settings (the saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

2. The personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable laws.

3. If any inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator’s email address tech@kazexpo.kz with the subject "Personal Data Update."

4. The period of processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to process personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator’s email address tech@kazexpo.kz with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent to Process Personal Data."

1. Before initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country, to which the transfer of personal data is planned, provides reliable protection of the rights of the data subjects.

2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet the aforementioned requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent from the data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

1. The User can obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at tech@kazexpo.kz.

2. Any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
