KAZEXPO International Exhibition Company is one of the major organizers of international exhibitions in Kazakhstan and Kazakhstani exhibitions abroad. The most significant Kazakhstani exhibitions organized by KAZEXPO IEC abroad are: 
exposition in Upper Savoy (April 1992, France), 
in Dijon (October 1992, France), 
in Genoa (December 1992 & March 1993, Italy) 
in Milan (1994, Italy), 
in Tehran (1995, Iran). 

In 1996 Kazakhstan for the first time took part in traditional official international trade fair "ASPAT-96" in Manila (Philippines), organized by UNESCAP (United Nations Economic and Social Commission in Asia Pacific region), and in October 1998 KAZEXPO co-organized "ASPAT` 98. ALMATY" in Kazakhstan. The same year KAZEXPO under the Government instructions organized Exposition of Kazakhstan at the " World EXPO-98" in Lisbon (Portugal), where for the first time the flag of sovereign Kazakhstan was hoisted over World Expo forum. In 1999 and 2000 KAZEXPO organized Kazakhstani participation at "ASPAT-99. Seoul" (South Korea) and at "ASPAT 2000. DELHI" (India) correspondingly. 

Along with foreign exhibition activity KAZEXPO conducted exhibitions and fairs, thematic seminars and numerous trade-economic missions of foreign produces in Kazakhstan. Among the most considerable presentation events in Kazakhstan are: National exhibition "Auto-Industry of Japan-93", first National exhibition of Islamic Republic of Iran, exhibition of Korean goods and technologies under the motto " New Partner from East", "The days of Czech Economic" in 1994-1995, first national exhibitions of France and India, National exhibition of Italy "Italbusiness-98", and international exhibition "Medtechnika and Medfarma-94", "Consumer Expo-95", international exhibition-congress of equipment and technologies of mineral, metallurgy and carbon industry "MinTech-95", "Kazakhstan-Medika-96" and so on. 

KAZEXPO IEC, in close cooperation with embassies and trade representations of foreign countries, is engaged in organization of seminars, missions and presentations of separate companies. Such major event of the year 2007 was a mission of businessmen from Italy, organized within the frame of visit of Prime Minister of Italy, Mr. Romano Prodi, to Kazakhstan, 8-9 December 2007. 120 Italian companies took part in the mission. 

At present KAZEXPO IEC organizes the following projects annually:
- Aru in Almaty - International Jewellery Fair in April, June and November;
- Aru in Nur-Sultan - International Jewellery Fair in September;
- Mintech in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Karaganda - in turns and in Pavlodar - annually (May) - International Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for Mineral, Metallurgy & Coal Mining Industries;
- KazInterPower in Pavlodar - International Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for Power Engineering and Electric Machinery.
